AES 256-bit Mandatory Encryption

All inter-node communication now requires AES-256-GCM encryption with forward secrecy, eliminating plaintext mesh traffic.

AES 256-bit Mandatory Encryption

Security hardening makes encryption mandatory across the entire Neural Mesh. Every packet now uses AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption with ephemeral key exchange providing forward secrecy. Session keys rotate every 60 seconds, protecting historical communications even if credentials are compromised.

Security Model Evolution

The mandatory encryption policy eliminates plaintext communication that could leak sensitive workload data or sovereignty information. Hardware acceleration ensures encryption operates at wire speed with negligible latency impact.

Implementation Details

  • Ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key exchange per session
  • Automatic key rotation preventing long-term compromise
  • Zero performance impact through hardware offload
