Solutions Engineer Position

The Solutions Engineer will work with prospective customers to design Neural OS deployments that meet their sovereignty, compliance, and performance requirements. You will conduct technical discovery, architect proof-of-concept clusters, and support sales cycles for enterprise infrastructure deals.

• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Present Neural OS capabilities to infrastructure leadership.

Your technical expertise will enable customers to adopt sovereign compute confidently.

Customer Engagement - Technical pre-sales support

Oono sells into organizations with sophisticated infrastructure requirements and complex compliance constraints. You'll work directly with VP Engineering, CTO, and infrastructure teams to understand their needs and demonstrate how Neural OS solves their challenges.

Discovery and Design - Understand before proposing

• Conduct technical discovery calls to map infrastructure requirements.
• Design multi-region cluster topologies respecting data residency.
• Specify sovereignty policies meeting regulatory compliance needs.
• Estimate performance characteristics for customer workloads.
• Present architecture proposals to technical stakeholders.

Proof of Concept - Validate through deployment

Build working POC clusters demonstrating Neural OS capabilities.

1. Deploy sovereign nodes in customer cloud environments.
2. Configure mesh protocols for customer network topology.
3. Load test clusters with representative workloads.

Sales Support - Enable revenue growth

Partner with account executives throughout sales cycles. Provide technical input for proposals and statements of work. Address customer concerns about performance, security, and operations.

Product Feedback - Voice of the customer

Communicate customer requirements to product and engineering. Identify patterns in technical objections and feature requests. Contribute to roadmap prioritization based on market needs.
